What is corruption?

Corruption is the misuse of public resources for the benefit of a few. It weakens the State, deprives citizens of their rights, and slows national progress. It destroys trust, fuels injustice, and prevents Madagascar from becoming fair and dignified.

Why is transparency essential?

Because the people have the right to know how their resources are used—every decision, every expense, and every responsibility must be visible and justified.

What is impunity and how does it relate to human rights?

Impunity occurs when the law no longer protects citizens but instead protects those who violate it. Defending human rights means ensuring dignity, justice, and equality for all.
